Woodland Healthcare CEO Announces Placement in Lloyd Dean Challenge

It is with great excitement I report that Woodland Healthcare has placed in the TOP THREE hospitals in the Lloyd Dean Challenge - CHW's system-wide patient satisfaction competition!
The Lloyd Dean Challenge was a two-year competition among all CHW hospitals to achieve four-star service in patient care and service. Today CHW President Lloyd Dean recognized Woodland Healthcare as one of the top-performing hospitals in the entire 43-hospital system. Two years ago Woodland Healthcare was at or near the bottom of the list. What a difference these two years have made!
Not only does this ranking place Woodland Healthcare in the top three hospitals within CHW, but also among the top 20% of hospitals nationally who also use the Avatar Patient Satisfaction survey.
I am humbled and awed at this prestigious achievement, which we owe to the employees and providers at Woodland Healthcare. They have truly risen to the challenge. Placing in the top three is a validation of the collective effort.
Thank you for your guidance and counsel and for your support of Woodland Healthcare. For more than a century, this hospital has enjoyed community involvement that has positively shaped our organization.
