Emergency Department at Emanuel Medical Center receives Patient Satisfaction Award

Valley Emergency Physicians would like to congratulate the Staff of the Emergency Department at Emanuel Medical Center. The Emergency Department was awarded the trophy for the “Quarterly Most Improved Patient Satisfaction Scores” on October 24, 2007. The Emergency Department has never won the trophy before, but they have seen an improvement in Patient Satisfaction of 8.1 points during the previous quarter—a truly remarkable achievement. The trophy presentation was made by John Sigsbury, CEO of Emanuel Medical Center; Pamela Parker, Customer Service Manager, and the rest of the Emanuel Leadership Team. Congratulations to the physicians, allied health providers, nurses, clerks, and registration staff for the dramatic improvement!
